Carulla’s design for the property’s restaurant, Esperit Roca, embraces soft, muted earth-tones with concrete walls, stone accents and warm lighting to create a space that evokes an understated sophistication and a welcoming atmosphere. In the bathrooms, they selected the Tura Roca Rimless® wall-hung WC, designed by Carulla, for a cohesive aesthetic. Like the restaurant itself, the sculptural design of the WC is inspired by the Mediterranean landscape of the region. They also selected the Loft electronic mixer, which integrates naturally into a rough-hewn stone basin. The almost industrial form of the faucet complements the rawness of the stone and darkened space, while the electronic technology provides water efficiency and simplicity.

Omeraki Restaurant is at the forefront of an environmentally conscious and creative dining experience. Sustainability is at the core of the restaurant’s philosophy and extends seamlessly into the bathroom design through the thoughtful use of Roca's innovative products. These include the iconic W+W toilet, which is featured in both the men’s and women’s washrooms, providing sustainable and efficient solutions without compromising on design. The elegance and functionality of the bathroom is further enhanced by the totem Fineceramic® washbasins from the Beyond collection and Loft electronic faucets.

The bathrooms are the most private spaces in the restaurant and the design is about curves, cohesion and comfort. The Inspira round over countertop Fineceramic® basin provides an organic, circular counterpoint to the bathroom’s unique wave-like tiled walls. The choice L30-E electronic basin mixer adds further design elements with a nod to water efficiency and sustainability, an underlying theme in the ‘Tree of Life’ concept. Accessories including the Cubica robe hook and Victoria wall-mounted toilet brush, are minimal and discreet yet provide an important function in the space. The Dama wall-hung Rimless WC with soft closing seat and cover is combined with the In-Wall PL10 Dual (One) flush plate for a contemporary look that complement the warm, natural rhythms of the bathroom.

The restaurant's bathrooms are designed to enhance the overall dining experience, combining tradition with innovation. Roca's Insignia faucets and Beyond basins, complemented by the modern practicality of Hotels accessories, create spaces that are both beautiful and functional. The choice of these collections ensures that the bathrooms reflect the creativity and prestige of the restaurant, while also incorporating the latest technologies for water saving, including the Cold Start system, and practical solutions for safety and durability in public use. As well as providing a sensory experience, the design also emphasises environmental responsibility, in line with the Torres brothers' vision of a sustainable world inspired by nature’s most precious resource. Committed to addressing the critical issue of water consumption, the chefs have partnered with the We Are Water Foundation since 2016.

Lily’s Restaurant exudes a cosy, yet sophisticated ambience with a warm colour palette, natural materials and touches of thoughtfully placed plants. The bathroom design continues the theme of understated luxury and a nod to the local culture. It features delicate Inspira washbasins, Spun urinals, and Loft faucets. The combination of high-quality materials and thoughtful design makes the bathroom both aesthetically pleasing and functional, reflecting the importance of water and hygiene in Arabic.
